Our WIPP program is a direct-to-employer program. This can be paid by your self-funded health insurance program, or with a service contract. No third-party payers, no utilization management companies, no waiting for physician referrals.

The Logistics of Workplace Injury Prevention & Performance:
- Workplace Evaluation - 4 Hours: I come to the workplace and start with the history of claims, injury trends, OSHA-300 logs. I then assess supervisor, department, and employee history. Then I move into watching employees perform tasks, ergonomics, movement strategies, and take pictures of the risks in each department. I use these to provide you an extensive report with all applicable injuries at risk, corrective actions with explanations. This report will be in your hands within 1 week. I also provide all the training to managers/supervisors ensure success.
- Retrieve School 2 Hours: This is the lifeblood of the program. This is an interactive seminar for your employees to acquire the education, motivation, and skills to become the experts without disrupting the workplace. This is an essential piece of the program, and is why many other in-house attempts fail when performed by management.
